Meet the Founder
JonPaul (JP) Plesniak
Founder & Principal
JP has always had a passion for building and creating value. He attended the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, along with a Certificate in Innovation & Product Development and minors in Bioengineering and Chemistry.
After graduating in 2022, JP began his career as a Product Manager at Dick's Sporting Goods, where he leads technology initiatives and manages complex projects with multi-million dollar impacts. His analytical mindset, coupled with hands-on engineering experience, gives him a unique perspective on business operations, systems optimization, and value creation.
JP founded Plesniak Group with a vision to apply his product development expertise and financial acumen to acquiring and growing established businesses. As a passionate investor, he brings a data-driven, customer-focused approach to every opportunity.
